Soul Calibur V offers breasts but no codpieces
Apparently this ad is an English translation of a Japanese one used to promote the new Soul Calibur V game, leading many to wonder what the focus on breasts has to do with the “epic struggle of warriors in the search for Soul Swords.” Perhaps the warriors should concentrate less on their Soul Swords and more on . . . well, anything else. At least the game makers seemed to be even-handed in their sexism, with the release of another ad focusing on a male character’s codpiece and the treasure lying underneath. But it turned out that this ad was a fake.
