The 2009 PHOTOGRAPHY & ILLUSTRATION AWARDS Call For Entry is now closed.
Thank you to everyone who entered. Winners have now been notified. Watch for the winning work in our May 2009 Photography & Illustration Awards Annual.
Winning work with complete credits will be published in the annual Applied Arts Photography & Illustration Awards issue, in May 2009. This gorgeous 240-plus page reference is kept and read by more than 65,000 senior professionals and decision makers. It will also be featured in the very popular Photography & Illustration Awards Winners gallery on www.appliedartsmag.com, which attracts more than 200,000 visitors annually. All winning work will be displayed at the annual Awards Winners' Exhibit in Toronto, an exclusive invitation-only event attended by senior design and advertising creatives, as well as your fellow winners. Finally, you will receive a suitable-for-framing Applied Arts Winners Certificate - an enduring testament to your accomplishment.
All entrants receive a complimentary copy of the Annual ($30 value). For winners, an additional complimentary copy will be issued.

Applied Arts contests are judged by panels of highly regarded industry professionals and experts, in a rigorous process developed over our more than 18 years of Awards experience. Every entry is scored independently by each judge based on creative merit, technical excellence and suitability for end use. Discussion is not permitted and judges can’t vote for their own entries. So you can rest assured that the winning work has been fairly chosen and will receive the treatment it deserves—reproduction in the country’s most glorious showcase of creative work, kept as a valuable reference by the Applied Arts readership of 65,000.
