Title: Old World Food
Reminiscent of old paintings, this series depict the classic study of a painter's still life. Inspired by the aesthetic of Northern European paintings, the narrative mood is created by the use of colour,directional light, and propping. Depth is further developed by digitally painting in texture. My hope is to create something that feels timeless yet modern at the same time.
