Most people don’t order lobster because eating lobster is not a pretty sight. To promote Earls’ Annual Lobster event, we encouraged people to leave their shame at the door and embrace the merciless carnivore inside them. We celebrated buttery fingers and digging and twisting and sucking, and the messiness of the raw caveman experience that is lobster eating. Then we gave them the tools to deal with the carnage with ease and style.
