Our issue of Applied Arts honoured the unsung heroes of design, those in the industry that aren’t always acknowledged; the printers, production artists, writers, interns, project managers, accountants and lastly the lowly hyphen. Our twitter feed filled as creatives responded to our call to nominate their unsung heroes which were then included along the magazine's gutters. The cover became an infographic using winner's names in a typographical hierarchy based on total nominations.
