After 80 years, Zellers, one of Canada’s oldest department stores, was closing its doors for American retail chain Target. The time had come for everything to go even their beloved mascot Zeddy. The clear out started on Facebook, giving away everything from a flat-screen TV to a can of Tuna. It ended with Zeddy being adopted by a great new home - Camp Trillium, a camp for kids undergoing treatment for cancer.
