Every Crumb is a collection of reusable bread bags, cutting boards, and brand collateral designed to engage people with proper ways of storing fresh bread, with aims of preventing household food waste. Most people store fresh bread in plastic or paper bags. However, plastic bags actually trap moisture and speed mold growth, while paper bags cause bread to dry out faster. The best way to store fresh bread is actually in a cloth bag.
