Rideo is a bilingual comedy festival, based in both Vancouver and Montreal. The goal of the festival is to create a modern, accessible and inspiring comedy culture. The style of comedy is mimicked in the design. Colours were chosen to be slightly unsettling. A mix of modern and traditional typefaces were chosen, with the focus being a hand done brush type as a subtle nod to humour.
