Booku Project is built around a rather overlooked fact within the publishing industry. There are approximately 1 million books printed worldwide each year and intriguingly, most of them merely end up on a dusty bookshelf in a corner of someone’s house. The idea of Booku is to create a social platform for book exchange to assist people in recirculate unwanted books, while providing social forum that encourages real-life interaction between users
