Justin Timberlake, Mini Golf and MasterCard

MacLaren McCann Toronto and MasterCard made one music fan in Montreal very happy when they surprised her with a visit from Justin Timberlake.

 

The TV spot is part of the brand's "Priceless Surprises" campaign, in which cardholders are automatically entered to win one of seven grand prizes when they make a purchase with their MasterCard. They can also use social media to enter, or they can enter by mail. 

 

For this ad, produced by Untitled Films, MacLaren McCann and MasterCard asked Canadians to describe their priceless moment with Justin Timberlake.

 

Burlington resident and entrant Jenelle submitted an endearing video (part of which is shown here), and was told she was a finalist but didn't win the contest. MasterCard offered to fly her and a friend to Montreal to see Timberlake's concert anyway — when they arrived, they were whisked off to a mini golf course.

 

It was there Jenelle learned she'd won not only a VIP concert experience but a meeting with the former 'N Sync'er himself. Her reaction when she found out was...well, priceless.
