January 10, 2018
"Mexico - Palliative Care," Ed Kashi. Photojournalism Photography - Single, 2015
This Friday, January 12 is the extended deadline for entry into the 2018 Photography & Illustration Awards! We always get a little nostalgic ahead of deadline day, so we dipped into our archives to pull a few great images from the past few years to inspire you as you prep your own entries.
Two days doesn't seem like a lot of time, but entering only takes a few minutes! Just upload your credits and description, your image, and you're done.
The Applied Arts Awards are an internationally recognized competition of creative excellence. Entries are scored by our panel of top creative professionals—check out the 2018 judges here. Winners receive coverage in our Spring 2018 issue, and have their work posted online in our Winners Gallery and Awards Archive.
