The Classique internationale de canots de la Mauricie is a 200-kilometre canoe race through the rapids of the Saint-Maurice River. The event wished to pay homage to Victor Gélinas, one of the two winners of the race’s first edition held in 1934, by creating a gin in his name. Greatly inspired by art deco graphic codes, the design of the label stands out for its sophistication and attention to detail: custom typography and metallic foil.
