In Canada, only 1% of senior executives are Black, leaving many without role models. AI MENTORS was created to bridge this gap by offering personalized mentorship from the wisdom of past Black leaders. Using AI, the project allowed participants to engage with a virtual mentor trained on their historical speeches and writings. The immersive experience offered at ALA's 2024 Gala empowering future leaders with accessible, impactful guidance.
