Barely High is about getting people to recognize their own behaviour. After smoking cannabis people are over confident that they know when their high has worn off. The reality is you remain impaired long after that “feeling” is gone. The goal of the campaign is to make young Canadian pot-smokers think twice before getting behind the wheel, not by fear-mongering, but by turning the camera on them.
