To keep the cost of their groceries as low as possible, No Frills, a discount grocery store in Canada, used a free online text to voice reader to read their radio commercials rather than spending tens of thousands of dollars on actors, recording studios, and editors. The agency writer wrote the ads, recorded them on her laptop using the text to voice reader, and shipped them directly to the radio stations.
