The piece unfolds in three parts: a narrated story with subtle piano, vocals guiding recognition, then a renewed section carrying the film to its close. The arrangement reimagines Luc de Larochelière's work through fresh harmonies and instrumentation while keeping the topline intact. Delicate piano, silence, a child's fragile voice, and dialogue between them shape an emotional journey, balanced by naive illustrations against the gravity of the theme.
