Wheatland County is a municipal district in south-central Alberta. The first annual environmental report was produced to educate the Wheatland County community of their environmental planning efforts. The new program was designed to attract a new generation of rate-payers. In doing so, key achievements are highlighted as infographics describing the data. Each page features a symbolic representation of wheat spanning across the pages.
