The aim of this campaign was to promote awareness of Mamzells' potatoes, and their wide variety of flavours. A wonderful potato side dish can add so much variety to a meal, and can definitely help the humble potatoes earn their stripes once again. To promote their potatoes, Mamzells released a recipe book with only a single beef recipe on every page—but with fifty different potato-based side dishes. Sold in grocery stores, the book and its contents were also available online and on social media.
