Griffith Observatory, a beloved public landmark in Los Angeles, California, welcomes millions of visitors annually. This rebrand takes inspiration from the observatory's iconic architecture and its dynamic relationship with light. The main display type is designed based on Futura, customized by blending the dome shapes of the observatory into the letterforms. Alongside the type, dome silhouettes with subtle gradients mimic the light hitting the observatory.
