La Chasse Interdite (The Forbidden Hunt) is a documentary on the caribou hunt by Innu hunters in Quebec. This tradition is highly illegal and never been documented before in a book form. The book is composed of two parts, one text and one images that can be experienced simultaneously thanks to the custom double Swiss binding.
