The Festival de cinéma de la ville de Québec embodies that unique experience where perspectives, sensibilities, and worldviews intersect. It is a meeting of multiple viewpoints: from the audience as much as from the filmmakers. The filmmaker frames, reveals, and offers a reading of reality. The festival, in turn, becomes a witness to these exchanges; a living space where discovery, emotion, and dialogue are born. A place where the light of cinema illuminates our perspectives.
