Piashti, a micro‑roastery in Baie-Johan-Beetz, reflects the winding saline river through a ligatured ASH and modular logotype. Eroded typography and illustrations—redrawn rivers, shells, stones, and salt patterns—evoke the shoreline's mineral textures. Nature-inspired colors reinforce the coastal identity, making each coffee edition uniquely tied to its territory.
