Snow Deer tells the story of the bond between a boy and a snow deer. They first meet by chance in childhood and, as adults, find each other again and quietly fall in love. Yet the deer can appear only in winter, traveling from mountain to mountain to bring snow, so the two may share a single day each year. Even more singular: time flows at different speeds for humans and for snow deer. No matter how their shapes, faces, or ages may change, they treasure every moment they are given.
