For the November/December issue of Air Canada enRoute, we celebrated the 20th edition of our Canada's Best New Restaurants program. Montreal-based Caribbean restaurant Tropikal was the winner in our new Best Trailblazer category and we commissioned photographer Virginie Gosselin to capture this colourful establishment.
