8YTE is a speculative food system that imagines a future where digestion weakens as food becomes increasingly processed and optimized for efficiency. Meals are divided into eight functional nutritional units, individually packaged using a distinct colour and pattern system. Produced as edible gelatin-based sheets, these modular components transform eating from passive consumption into an active process of selection, combination, and personalized nutritional assembly.
