Glucopal is a health app designed to assist young adults with diabetes who are beginning to independently manage responsibilities regarding their health. Through our app features, our goal is to help individuals feel confident in managing their health and well-being. This includes reminders for medications and appointments, tracking health activity and mental wellness.
