Heartwood is a high-end local Vancouver restaurant cradled in the valley of mountains and heart of the woods. We take our customer's dining experience very seriously, using flavours and ingredients foraged from the land and tide of the Pacific North-West. There are three different gins, each bottle encompassing the land, roots, and sea, in hopes to transport and nurture your being to the environment around you.
