"I Don't Speak Chinese" is a personal account of life as a banana surrounded by lemons. Growing up as a Hakka- Chinese born Canadian, an analysis of the exposure of both eastern and wester ways of living is explored as I Illustrate the awkward disconnect experienced within culture, race and self.
