'Material World' aims to overwhelm the audience with visual and auditory illusion that brings up a moment of confusion, as the audience questions the reality and the true reliability of the material world. The sphere is a visual metaphor for fragments of freedom/imagination. The spherical division resembles that of a disco ball, conveying the free-spirited nature of an ideal world. The use of 30 different types of materials portray depths and values of the color blue, symbolizing utopian ideals.
