Myzones is an educational resource used to help children ages 7-10 identify and manage their emotions. This project includes a physical deck of cards, as well as online resources and social media promotions. 1 in 5 Canadian students experience mental health challenges in elementary school, so I created a solution that is accessible and robust enough to lead to real change, while encouraging life long learning.
