Pluffy is a breathing, puppy-shaped doll designed to help ease my mother's insomnia. Inspired by her childhood memory of hugging her dog to relax and fall asleep, the doll mimics that comforting experience. Its pockets contain an air pouch that creates rhythmic breathing, allowing my mother to synchronize her own breathing with the doll.
