Birds hold deep symbolic significance in Chinese culture, inspiring the character designs for this project. Two bird species are reimagined as fantasy action heroes whose costumes draw from traditional Chinese clothing. The characters inhabit a land called Proelium—Latin for battle or fight—where honour and prestige are valued above all else. The world combines architecture inspired by ancient China with futuristic sci-fi mechanical elements.
