Season's Tomato is a Vancouver pasta restaurant that celebrates local farms and seasonal eating. Following the natural cycle of British Columbia produce, the menu changes throughout the year. Rather than relying on classic tomato sauce, the restaurant creates unconventional pasta sauces inspired by each season's harvest—making that season's produce its tomato. The visual identity replaces tomatoes on the vine with featured fruits and vegetables, showing that British Columbia's local ingredients are the true star of every dish.
