Inspired by the book Ecological Design by Sim Van Der Ryn and Stuart Cowan, I was drawn the authors designation of five basic principles for ecological design, three of which I have chosen to explore for this project. The principles include: Solutions Grow from Place, Integrate Ecology and Design, and Making Nature Visible.
