The illustration Talk of the Town was created for the people, the memories, and the businesses of the town of Bowmanville. Designed for the restaurant Talk of the Town, this illustration encapsulates what this town is all about: community and resourcefulness. After a catastrophic fire in the historic downtown destroyed a city block of businesses and homes, displacing people, including the restaurant. The entire town came together through love, and that is what this piece is all about.
