The Fossil Follies series chronicles bygone eras, illustrating whimsical paleoart while drawing from resonant cultural iconography to codify relatable anxieties as archetypical dinosaur characters. By examining the foibles of these Victorian Dinosaurians, Jordan uses the subject of extinct behemoths and the feeling of an unspecified impending cataclysm to discuss humanity's self-inflicted fated demise through the mechanisms of humour and hindsight.
