This is a spec opening sequence for the TV adaptation of The Fruit of My Woman, a Korean novel exploring a woman's gradual loss of identity in marriage. Inspired by Kafka's Metamorphosis, the wife slowly transforms into a plant—passive, dependent, and fading with the seasons. Through photorealistic rendering, I visualized this textual fantasy to depict the process of a wife being continually suppressed in marriage, forced to retreat inward, and gradually losing her sense of self.
