Type Couture is a fictional zine project, with multiple issues exploring different typefaces and their fashion characteristics —the outfit styles it inspires, the time and place for that outfit, the visual and emotional zings each typeface encompasses. “Couture” is French for dressmaking. Type Couture represents the idea of making clothing out of typefaces.
