This illustration explores capitalism as a wellness-approved pyramid where some people climb the ladder while others become it. This illustration frames capitalism as a wellness-approved pyramid where exhaustion is the entry fee, empathy gets lighter with altitude, and the loosest hands belong to those who never had to grip the ladder. It's a darkly playful reminder that in this system, there's burnout below and bonuses above.
