The design for Edible communicates the blend of design research and culinary innovation found in Diane Bisson's innovative work. A central hole punched through the entire work recalls notions of material samples typically found in showrooms or other such environments, and was part of the mould for each food sample when created. The color, photography and typography also recall this mixture of design & science.
