For its 7th edition, Manif d’art wished to create visual imagery under the theme “Resistance: And Then, We Built New Forms.” The biennial’s graphic environment clearly took its inspiration from the “Resistance” theme, but also from the codes and conventions of mid-20th century propaganda design.
