The Carnaby is a new loft development from Streetcar Developments that represents the Best of Queen West at Queen and Gladstone in Toronto's Art & Design District. 52 Pick-up Inc. branded the project, themed with a 60s London feel. They created a dynamic print and advertising campaign that included a large format newspaper-style brochure filled with information about the galleries and shops of the area, the project, and the developer.
