This book based on a child story book telling a story through images, with the mantis as the main character (a supposed teenage effigy of Farmer himself), includes over two hundred drawings of the artist. The special edition book came in a personalized Tyvek pink envelope. The choice of Tyvek for its outstanding water resistance, so it could withstand Geoffrey’s waterworks for the biennial.
