Every year, members of the Quebec business community and renowned international chefs come together for La Vittoria, a gastronomic event that benefits various charities. This year La Vittoria was collecting funds for the Foundation of the Jewish General Hospital for research on Alzehimer’s disease. The luxurious Ritz-Cartlon Hotel was the venue for the 2012 edition. It also inspired the branding, the various rooms echoing both our modern era and the times of Louis XVI.
