How do you make a popular restaurant stay/more popular in an ever-expanding market? Throw a massive event bringing together everything the restaurant stands for: Street-food, street-art, and street-music. Introducing La Carnita’s DOS, which brought international leaders of street-art, street-food, and street-sounds under one roof. DOS sold 2,600 tickets in days and had people hunting on Craigslist. It earned over 59 million media impressions, including Huffington Post’s “Best of 2013” list, and rose restaurant sales 8%.
