Photographed in their designated apartment, these seniors are surrounded by hobbies and old furniture. The beige walls that decorate each apartment are contrasted with the personality and lifetime of each senior, filling the definite spaces with indefinite time. Comforted by a photo of a spouse, visits from family or old tunes on the radio, and despite being spatially identical to a friend’s flat down the hall, the rooms radiate with individuality and history.
