Maillard wanted to launch an innovative online service for portioned meats. These exceptional cuts of meats are produced by artisan butchers, then vacuum packed and frozen. Referring directly to the chemist Louis Camille Maillard, who discovered the “Maillard reaction”, the name of the brand conveys an innovative high-end image, a guarantee of artisanal tradition an well as a gastronomic science available to everyone. The Maillard image had to reflect its commitment to sell quality meats.
