Frampton is known for having developed the notion of tectonic in architecture. In opposition to post-modernism, he interprets architecture as essentially material and structural, prioritizing the clarity of a plastic form. For the design, we therefor opted for a rational approach, using basic graphic design elements to construct the branding. Inside, the exhibit grid is drawn on the walls as if to reveal the conception process and shed light on its constructive aspect.
