The brand identity for casual but sophisticated Montreal eatery Cadet is a graphic reinterpretation of the yellow stripe worn by army cadets. Restrained, elegant and timeless, the visual identity holds its own with a rich blue and classic typewriter lettering while allowing the menu offering to shine. The subtle link between the military tone of the name and the refined meals served is echoed in the brushstroke-insignia, which is also the gesture of the chef.
