Warnings about childhood inactivity are ignored. Only 9% of kids get enough physical activity. Only 24% limit screens to the recommended 2 hours. To drive adoption of the Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines, we had to reach kids directly and in their language. The gamified website, challenges kids to build their ultimate day from a variety of fun activities– turning a boring government document into an experience that ensures your ‘Best Day’ meets the Guidelines.
